WEEKENDER | Atlanta Natural Life Festival

"A photograph of a homeless street kid, African American teenager sitting against a brick wall in an urban city."

Spend your Saturday learning about and celebrating natural, non-toxic living and holistic wellness at the Atlanta Natural Life Festival powered by Publix. Everyone could live a healthier, more mindful life, and if you need a point of entry toward “better,” this may just be it.

Why live a natural lifestyle? Festival organizers say a focus on living and eating more mindfully allows you to tap into better health, decrease stress, and build deeper relationships, stronger communities, and a better world.

But, how do you start? Toxins are everywhere, but there’s no need to become paranoid. Educating ourselves and making small, smart choices every day could make all the difference for us and our families.

That’s what the Atlanta Natural Life Festival is all about — natural products, mindful food options, good vibes, and transformative information. Seminars like “Does Buying Organic Food Really Matter?” with Nuri Icgoren of Urban Sprout Farm and “Plant-Based and Proud: Transitioning to a Vegan Lifestyle” with Stephanie “Sunshine” Samuels as well as a Plant-Based Cooking Demonstration featuring Essentially Chef Bee of Nyansapo Wellness Institute will take place throughout the day.

You could spend Labor Day Weekend jump starting your lifestyle with a few hundred curious people just like you.
