Morehouse College Hosts ‘Leadership in Action’ Series with NBA All-Star Chris Paul on May 16

Morehouse College will welcome 12-time NBA All-Star, two-time Olympian, philanthropist, and entrepreneur Chris Paul as the featured guest for its Principled Leadership in Action series ahead of his keynote address at the College’s 142nd Commencement on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 9 a.m. on Century Campus.

Principled Leadership in Action is a signature presidential speaker series at Morehouse College that convenes extraordinary leaders for candid, substantive dialogue with the next generation of men shaping our world as well as invited guests from across the Atlanta University Center community.

The series invites visionaries across sectors to share lessons on leadership, moral courage, and purposeful impact.

In a moment when ethical and moral norms are being tested and models of leadership are in flux, this series reaffirms a clear standard: leaders must be steadfast, honest, and true. Each conversation is designed to challenge and inspire students to lead with integrity, intellectual rigor, and commitment to community.

The format will be a moderated fireside conversation (60–90 minutes) with a live audience; livestreamed via Morehouse media channels.
