The Power Circle Masterclass Forum: Women of Influence & Impact was a tremendous success, welcoming over 100 women who showed up with grace, purpose, and unity — even after a major venue change within just 24 hours.
Hosted by Dr. Kim McNair, Founder of the Business Women Empowerment Project, Inc. (BWEP) and creator of the Power Circle Masterclass Series, the event took place on Thursday, April 3 at one of Atlanta’s most popular venues, The Gathering Spot.
The Power Circle Masterclass event featured respected leaders from corporate, legal, and entrepreneurial sectors, offering real-world insights and actionable advice. Attendees can expect meaningful dialogue, authentic connections, and a celebration of powerful women leading the way. The event’s purpose was two-fold, providing valuable information and raising funds for the Business Women Empowerment Project, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to providing mentorship, leadership development, and business education to women and young girls.
Masterclass panelists included: Cicley Gay-Chairwoman of Black Lives Matters Global Foundation; Charmaine Ward-Millner-Corporate Business Executive and franchise co-owner of Jersey Mike’s restaurants, and Erica J Bolden-Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & People Analytics Mercedes-Benz USA – all influential leaders who have made a lasting impact in their respective industries.

“This isn’t just another event—it’s a platform to connect, uplift, and empower,” says Dr. Kim McNair. “In today’s world, women in leadership must be visible, unified, and intentional about how we use our influence. This forum is about leading out loud and creating space for the next generation to rise.”
The Power Circle Masterclass Forum is a curated experience designed to spotlight dynamic women who are leading with purpose and creating lasting impact in their industries and communities. The evening will include a pre-reception networking hour followed by a high impact panel.

“The women who joined us understood the call to action: it’s time to unify, collaborate, and uplift one another to win — together,” McNair said crediting organizers, participants and attendees for making a remarkable last minute pivot in location due to undisclosed circumstances. “Attendees met [the change] with strength and understanding from the … who embraced the change without missing a beat. This was more than a change in location — it was a true example of leadership, resilience, and relationships at the executive level,” she added.

The Power Circle Masterclass continues to serve as a platform for women in leadership, business, and entrepreneurship to connect, share, and grow together. Stay tuned for more, including the upcoming release of Dr. McNair’s new book, Knowledge. Money. Power. – The
KMP Mindset.
