The Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) has inducted its 2016 officers and board of directors at their January Chapter Meeting. January marks the beginning of the term as president for Ardie Harrison, Human Resources Director with the Association of County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG).
As president, Harrison unveiled several initiatives for the organization whose mission and purpose is to provide a forum where HR practitioners and those aligned with their goals can share, gain information and provide leadership on issues affecting their individual careers and the global workforce. Chief among those initiatives is to enhance programming and member value, continue to increase membership and revenue and, prepare for serving as host of the 2016 National Conference in September.
