Thriving Together Atlanta Will Transform Old Fourth Ward Construction Site into Open-Air Gallery with BLVDNEXT Art Wrap Unveiling and Mobile Art Experience
Free Community Gathering Presented by NEXT, Wellstar Health System, and The Integral Group to Demonstrate the Power of Art in Advancing Health Equity Across Atlanta
Thriving Together Atlanta’s Mobile Art Experience, curated by NEXT in partnership with the National Black Arts Festival (NBAF), will present a special community arts activation marking the public unveiling of the BLVDNEXT construction art wrap and the arrival of its Mobile Art Experience. The event will take place on Saturday, March 28, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at BLVDNEXT, the new development by Wellstar and The Integral Group taking shape at the former Atlanta Medical Center site.
The afternoon will celebrate the artists, healers, and community leaders whose work is helping shape a healthier and more connected Atlanta. Guests will experience the public unveiling of the BLVDNEXT construction art wrap — transforming the site perimeter into a vibrant open-air gallery — alongside live mural painting, wellness activations, food trucks, live artistic programming, and community networking and engagement opportunities. Together, these elements will activate the site as a dynamic cultural space where art, healing, and community storytelling come together.
